We are looking to recruit a Business Development Co-Ordinator to join our Telesales team in our Head Office at Birchwood Park, Warrington. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a busy, friendly Head Office environment which has a wide range of facilities including a restaurant, gym and easy public transport links. Dine Contract Catering Ltd operates restaurants, cafés, coffee shops, hospitality and vending services throughout the country feeding employees at work on a daily basis. We currently employ around 1,000 people right across the UK. Working as a valuable member of our business development team you will support the Business Development Director and Business Development Managers by contacting potential clients to explain the services we provide with a view to securing first appointments. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of two years' telesales or customer service experience, including identifying good business opportunities and working to call targets. You must be confident with an excellent telephone manner and experience of business to business outbound calls and using a CRM database. This is a full time permanent position with hours 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday with a 30-minute lunch break. 40 hours per week, as required. The Role: Manage a team to deliver an unrivalled food service within the Business & Industry sector. Working with your team to support them with on –site training and development. Undertake audits, customer surveys & dealing with day to day issues as they arise. Representing the Company at client meetings, customer forums. Contributing to the development of the food offer at the site supported by our Innovation Team. Providing additional services as requested by the client.
