Reporting to the HR Director, the Training Officer will be responsible for ensuring that resources are available to train all levels of posts within our catering operations to satisfy statutory, job and development requirements within the business.
This will include overseeing the Company Training & Development Plan; Writing, reviewing and maintaining all training resources and ensuring all training is accurately recorded; Managing the Company Apprentice Scheme & Internal Development Programmes and supporting training for one off company projects; Liaising with external providers, colleges and schools to develop training initiatives
To succeed you must be able to communicate at all levels both verbal & written with previous experience of managing, supporting and delivering training.
An understanding of current training qualifications, funding and relevant governing bodies is essential along with experience of devising training programmes and sessions using a variety of mediums.
