As a Company Apprentice you will have the opportunity to learn a wide range of food production and service skills, gain externally recognised qualifications and participate in the Duke of Edinburgh Scheme whilst earning a competitive salary. You will work Monday – Friday, 35 hours per week

|Description : ||This is an excellent opportunity to join the senior management team managing the catering and hospitality on one the most prestigious business parks in the North West
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be part of a team managing a multi-million pound contract where you can develop both your technical and man management skills.
Birchwood Park is a high quality operation based on fresh produce, consistent delivery and outstanding customer care.
You must be passionate about food with a desire to excel and lead a large catering team to provide an excellent service at all times
The post involves managing the kitchen team, responding to client needs and expectations and being creative to develop the offer to provide a complete dining experience.
You must be an experienced practical caterer, well organised to and have experience of planning and successfully managing large functions as well as the contracted catering services. In addition, you will manage all financial aspects of the food service including controlling labour and food costs.
Leading a large team, you must be a strong but fair manager with the ability to develop the Team Members both as an individual and group
This role is seen as a stepping stone towards a multi-site post and therefore you must be ambitious and willing to be flexible in your working hours and responsibility areas.
