Mar 2019 - Award Winning Apprentices

Twins Sara and Macy Lang-Harding, young chefs at Birchwood Park and Catering and Hospitality students at Warrington and Vale Royal College, recently took part in the Welsh International Culinary Championships at Coleg Llandrillo coming away with a Bronze and Gold medal between them. Sara claimed Gold in the “Major Street Food Challenge” and Macy secured a Bronze in the “Bistro Sandwich” category.

Juggling college with a job in a professional kitchen has helped Sara and Macy develop their craft skills becoming key members of the team and award winners!
