Apr 2014 - 2014 GRADUATE SCHEME OPENS FOR DINE CONTRACT CATERING

Award-winning national operator Dine Contract Catering, has announced that applications for its Graduate Employment Scheme are now being taken for 2014 intake.

The successful applicants must be in their final year of university, have a passion for business and the hospitality sector and ideally have a degree in business studies, sales and marketing or hospitality and events. They will have the opportunity to gain invaluable work experience across the entire business, shadowing leading figures in departments including operations, finance and sales for 12 months.

Now in its second year, the Dine Contract Catering Graduate Employment Scheme aims to highlight the rewarding career paths available in the hospitality sector. All those passing through the scheme will receive one-to-one mentoring, a personalised development programme and the opportunity to gain a full-time permanent contract in a department they have shown most aptitude.

They will also benefit from Dine Contract Catering’s progressive employee wellbeing programme ‘Eat Well, Live Well, Work Well’ – a key initiative that has defined the company and has been identified as a catalyst for similar programmes throughout the industry.
