Small footprint. Big impact.

Our promise(s)

What is ethical eating? The answer's simple. It's the peace of mind you get that every bite you take with us is guilt-free. We stand proudly behind all of our environmental, social, and governance promises that serve to cement our reputation as conscious contract caterers.

Big words, but you best believe we can back them up. Our commitment to achieving Net Zero by 2030 is only just the beginning...

Our kitchen promise

At our core, we're a team of Chefs who believe that food is more than just fuel for the body. It can transform how we feel, think, and connect with others.

We take our responsibility as caterers seriously, which is why we're committed to sustainable, seasonal sourcing and actively seek out local suppliers and social enterprises.

We proudly shout about sustainability, mindful of the impact we make on the communities we serve.

Our climate promise

By 2030, we WILL be a Climate Net Zero Emissions business.

We've rallied our people and partners to kickstart action against climate change.

From lifting up local producers and eliminating air freight to fighting food waste and promoting more plant-forward alternatives, our ambitions contain real substance.

Making it simpler to eat well

Eat Well, Live Well.

That's what we believe. You don't need us to tell you therole that food plays in maintaining positive mental, physical and emotional health. So, we make it simple for our customers to makeinformed choices about how they choose to eat...

We signpost dishes that are fresh, flavourful, and jam-packed full of nutritional goodness.

Industry insight tells us that promoting the most nutritious dishes as aspirational and inclusive is the best way to encourage customers to try something healthier.

Empowering customers to control their impact

Over the next 12 months, we're painstakingly rating the eco-friendliness of our entire recipe portfolio based on environmental factors, including greenhouse gas emissions, water scarcity, water pollution and biodiversity loss.

The eco-labelling initiative sees dishes labelled A-E, to highlight which meals have a higher (E) or lower (A) environmental impact.

Think of it as catering with a conscience, delivering total eco-transparency.

Social & charitable causes

Dine Contract Catering's charitable work extends from supporting young people's charities to lending a helping hand at homeless shelters over the festive period.

We partner with several social enterprise projects, including Liverpool's Steadychefs, an organisation dedicated to teaching essential life skills to adults with learning difficulties.

We do our best to give back to our community simply because it's the right thing to do.
