Salary: Dependant on experience, Car allowance & fuel expenses. Location: Blackburn. The Role: Supporting a number of catering operations to deliver an unrivalled food service within the Business & Industry sector. Working with the Area Manager to undertake to cover chefs and support all sites. Troubleshooting to ensure all locations are working within the high standard expected & recommending any action required to achieve this. Skills & Experience Required: •Excellent communication skills – must be able to communicate to staff of all levels •Must be incredibly organised and efficient in your work •Motivate and inspire teams to perform and ensure goals are achieved •Take pride in your work and be flexible in location and hours worked •Self-reliant with the drive and determination to succeed & achieve high personal standards. Casual General Catering Assistant

Location: Luton, Bedfordshire. You must have a passion for fresh food, excellent customer service skills, a keen eye for detail and be flexible in your approach to fit in as part of a successful team. A candidate should have previous catering experience, previous food hygiene training and hygiene certificate would be an advantage but full on the job and computer based training will be given. The person should be bright, alert and outgoing, able to communicate effectively with customer and maintain a high standard of personal presentation is essential. We are looking for someone with personality to work with the Chef Manager to create a great team, providing a great service for our customers. Skills ·Ability to maintain customer and client relationships Increase sales and excellent customer service skills Preparation of Sandwich, salad, hot and cold food preparation. Experience in retail food and food lead business To champion and innovate offers from customer feedback, changing market trends and act as the driver for change in pursuit of continuous market leader ship A knowledge of high street food trends ·It is a benefit to have had previous experience of cash handling or operated as a retail cashier.
