Strategic Partner Michelle Clarke boasts a diverse and glittering 22-year career. Rising Talent
Gemma used to dream of being a Chef, turning those dreams into reality after graduating from Westminster Kingsway College. She's been unstoppable ever since, securing 2x gold medals at the Culinary Olympics, chairing Women in Food UK&I, featuring within the prestigious 30% Club Global Mentoring Program and most recently, gaining recognition as 'We Are The City's Rising star in hospitality for her trailblazing industry efforts.

On a roll for 3 decades
After completing his degree, Matthew embarked on a managerial career in the catering industry which he still enjoys 31 years later! Matthew leans on his vast operational experience to lead our support services functions, overseeing procurement, HSE, IT, and compliance. A keen cyclist and outdoorsman, Matt recently completed his 3rd North Coast 500.

Sat's the way to do it…
An unforgettable experience dining at restaurant Sat Bains lit the fire fuelling Dean's passion for elevating food standards. His motto? "Exceptional customer service, through provoking dishes".

Mexican food fanatic and gastronome…
Vijay boasts a background peppered with just about every ingredient you'd expect from a character responsible for leading Dine Contract Catering's extensive national operations. Chef training? Check. Management and leadership training? Check. Hands-on in-unit experience? Triple check.

Michael's inspirational ascent through the food service industry has all the makings of a hit streaming series. Thankfully for us, he's pouring well over a decade's worth of academic development and operational experience into growing the Dine Contract Catering portfolio. Sorry Netflix, he's busy.
