The new canteen features a shop fitted hot and cold grab and go, coffee and retail station providing freshly prepared, snacks and healthy options along with our in-house coffee blend 'Joe Rooster' which allows customers to complement their purchase with a delicious coffee or herbal teas.

"We keep a careful eye on products purchased by the customers onsite to always ensure staff have access to their favourite dishes, and regularly introduce new lines and innovate the offer so there is always something different for the customer to try" - Our Food and Service Designer.

We provided a till system that accommodates both a staffed service in the day as well as a self-service touch screen for evenings. We've put a lot of thought into the design and layout to ensure the till provides the simplest of checkouts for out of hours. Every product is clearly displayed and priced meaning the customer can just swipe, scan and go.
